About the Founder

Liz Gonzalez

In the last few years Liz has been working in the area she considers her passion: recruiting. This passion has enabled her to successfully research candidates in the oil, gas and related industries. Liz is also willing to help recruiters who have difficulty finding skilled candidates for positions in Latin America.

Her career in recruiting, plus her strong belief in honesty and ethics within her organization and relationships has motivated her to build an organization with the same core values.

Liz holds an MBA degree from a US University and is an active member of Electronic Recruiting Exchange, and the Society of Petroleum Engineers among other well known organizations.

Liz is fully bilingual in Spanish and English; and her heightened cross-cultural awareness facilitates her dealings with professionals around the world.
